Refund policy

Return Policy:

- All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.
- Please note that no warranty is provided for electronic items.
- In the rare occurrence of receiving an incorrect product which is not what you ordered and still in its original packaging and unused, you can mail back the product to us. Once received, we will either issue you correct product you ordered or give you store credit for the amount.

  • If stock runs out for a specific product, we will remove that specific product from your order and adjust the amount due and dispatch the remaining order with the adjusted invoice & amount.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Missing item in order

Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Change of mind
  • Opened, used, or damaged items after delivery
  • Allergy or skin reaction issues
  • Sale/discounted items

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as store credit only.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
